Discover a different side of Bangkok on an evening tour by boat and tuk-tuk. As the sun sets, the city’s temples and historic landmarks take on a new atmosphere, with beautifully illuminated buildings and lively streets offering a glimpse of Bangkok after dark.
Begin with a ride on the Chao Phraya Express Boat to Wat Arun, the iconic Temple of Dawn. Continue by tuk-tuk through the city’s historic districts, passing famous landmarks such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, the Giant Swing, and Pak Khlong Talat flower market. Along the way, your local guide will share stories about Bangkok’s history, culture, and everyday life.
End the evening in Chinatown, where you can enjoy a simple street-food meal and dessert amid the lively atmosphere of one of Bangkok’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Please note that this is not a dedicated food tour, and some walking is involved throughout the experience.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included for hotels within Bangkok city, with transfers to the meeting point by car or minivan. The tour starts at 17:30, and your exact hotel pick-up time will be confirmed through the booking platform one day before the tour.
Your route
Take a ride on the Chao Phraya Express Boat to Wat Arun, one of Bangkok’s most iconic riverside temples. Admire its distinctive architecture and enjoy the atmosphere as the city transitions into evening.
Pass by the Grand Palace, one of Thailand’s most famous landmarks. Admire its impressive architecture from the outside as the historic area takes on a different atmosphere after sunset.
Continue through Bangkok’s historic district to Wat Pho, known for its impressive temple complex and the famous Reclining Buddha. Enjoy the surrounding scenery as you explore the area.
For this tour, we offer hotel pick up from any hotel within Bangkok city by car or minivan, and we will bring you to the meeting point.
After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

As our tours run on a group basis, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this grace period, the guide will begin the tour. If you cannot make it on time, please let us know before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time slot or day, though a rescheduling fee will apply.
We understand plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your tour date or time up to 24 hours before the start at no extra cost.
