Visit Bangkok’s Grand Palace, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun, dress up in a traditional Thai costume, and take photos with your guide. Continue by tuk-tuk through Bangkok’s Old Town, passing the Giant Swing, Loha Prasat, Chinatown, and Pak Khlong Talat.
Start your day at Tha Chang Pier, located across the road from the Grand Palace. Visit some of Bangkok’s most important temples and landmarks, including the Grand Palace, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Pho, and Wat Arun.
At Wat Arun, dress up in a traditional Thai costume and explore the temple with your guide. Take photos at some of the temple’s most scenic spots, with your guide available to help capture the moment.
After the temple visits, continue by traditional tuk-tuk through Bangkok’s Old Town. Pass landmarks such as the Giant Swing and Loha Prasat before continuing to Chinatown and Pak Khlong Talat Flower Market.
The tour ends in Chinatown, giving you time to continue exploring the area or enjoy the local food and atmosphere on your own.

Your route
Start the tour at the Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Explore the palace complex and admire the detailed architecture and important religious buildings.
Continue to Wat Pho, one of Bangkok’s oldest and most important temples. Visit the temple grounds and see the famous Reclining Buddha.
Dress up in a traditional Thai costume and explore Wat Arun with your guide. Visit scenic spots around the temple and take photos with its distinctive architecture as a backdrop.
Hop on a traditional tuk-tuk and continue through Bangkok’s historic Old Town. Enjoy the ride as you pass several well-known landmarks and streets.
Stop at the Giant Swing, a historic landmark located in front of Wat Suthat. Take some time to admire the structure and take photos.
Continue to Wat Ratchanatdaram and see Loha Prasat, also known as the “Metal Castle.” Admire its distinctive architecture and take photos from the outside.
Continue to Chinatown and explore the lively streets of Yaowarat. See traditional shops, local businesses, and the mix of Chinese and Thai culture in the area.
Visit Pak Khlong Talat, Bangkok’s well-known flower market. Walk through the market and see the variety of fresh flowers and local flower arrangements before ending the tour in Chinatown.
Meeting Point: Tha Chang Pier
Meet your guide at Tha Chang Pier, in front of the Tha Chang Ferry counter, located across the road from the Grand Palace.
We recommend taking the MRT to Sanam Chai Station, Exit 1, then walking approximately 10 minutes to the meeting point.
Your guide will be wearing a blue WanderSiam shirt and holding a WanderSiam sign.
Please arrive on time. As this is a group tour, the guide can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After that, the tour will depart without waiting for late arrivals.

Bangkok’s traffic is often notoriously congested, so we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. We always recommend taking the BTS (skytrain) or MRT (metro) to a station near the meeting point.
As our tours run on a group basis, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this grace period, the guide will begin the tour. If you cannot make it on time, please let us know before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time slot or day, though a rescheduling fee will apply.
We understand plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your tour date or time up to 24 hours before the start at no extra cost.
If something comes up within 24 hours of the tour, please email us at tours@wandersiam.com and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that a change fee will apply.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.
