Tour Itinerary

Meeting Point: Tha Chang Pier (Pass By) Meet up at Tha Chang Pier, located directly opposite the Grand Palace, to begin your tour.

1. Temple of the Emerald Buddha & Grand Palace (1 hr 30 mins) Explore the historic spiritual heart of Thailand and its stunning architectural wonders. (Admission ticket NOT included: 500 THB/person paid in cash).

2. Wat Pho: Temple of the Reclining Buddha (1 hr) Visit Bangkok’s oldest public education center and marvel at the giant, world-famous Reclining Buddha. (Admission ticket NOT included: 300 THB/person paid in cash).

3. Wat Arun: Temple of Dawn (1 hr) Admire the iconic 82-meter-high Khmer-style tower decorated with intricate Chinese porcelain mosaics. (Admission ticket NOT included: 200 THB/person paid in cash).

4. Chao Phraya River Crossing (Pass By): Enjoy beautiful, shimmering views of Wat Arun from the river as we cross over to the Thonburi side. (Note: Boat will not stop at the temple during this transit).

5. Baan Silapin: The Artist’s House & Khlong Bang Luang (30 mins) Step back in time at this 200-year-old traditional wooden house and charming riverside art community. (Admission: FREE).

6. Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen (Pass By) Cruise past the canals to photograph the awe-inspiring 70-meter-tall Giant Golden Buddha from a unique water perspective. (Note: Viewing and photos from the boat only; no disembarkation).

We exclude entrance fees from the tour price to provide you with the best possible price while maintaining full transparency.

What should I do if I might be late?

Bangkok’s traffic is often notoriously congested, so we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. We always recommend taking the BTS (skytrain) or MRT (metro) to a station near the meeting point.

As our tours run on a group basis, we can wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After this grace period, the guide will begin the tour. If you cannot make it on time, please let us know before the tour starts. If possible, we’ll do our best to reschedule you for the next available time slot or day, though a rescheduling fee will apply.

Can I change my booking?

We understand plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your tour date or time up to 24 hours before the start at no extra cost.

If something comes up within 24 hours of the tour, please email us at tours@wandersiam.com and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that a change fee will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

What if it rains on the day of the tour?

Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we try to seek shelter and will continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.

Under what circumstances might the itinerary change?

While changes to the itinerary are very rare, WanderSiam reserves the right to modify the published schedule whenever, in our judgment, circumstances require it or if we consider it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of our guests.
