1. Lung Khajohn Wat Ket – Khao Kriab Pak Moh (Michelin Bib Gourmand) (30 minutes)
Taste Chiang Mai’s beloved Khao Kriab Pak Moh, a traditional steamed rice dumpling filled with savory ingredients and served with sweet soy sauce.
This local favorite is recognized in the Michelin Bib Gourmand selection for its authentic flavor and quality. Take time to enjoy the relaxed local atmosphere and observe how this traditional snack is freshly prepared.
2. Thana Ocha – Hakka Noodles (40 minutes)
Watch the master chefs cook over roaring fires at Suki Chang Phuak. Enjoy a bowl of stir-fried glass noodles with rich, smoky flavors and signature sesame sauce (Vegetarian option available).
3. Aue Chang Seng – Traditional Egg Cake (20 minutes)
