Your airport representative will meet you in the Arrivals Hall, where you can easily connect with your transfer. Travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan with plenty of space for you and your luggage, without sharing the vehicle with other passengers. Available 24 hours a day, this convenient service is ideal for arrivals at any time. Please note that drivers may speak little or no English.

Meeting Point
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK): Inside the Arrivals Hall at Exit 3. Look for the airport representative waiting to meet you for your private transfer to your hotel in Bangkok.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK) – Domestic Arrivals: Inside the Arrivals Hall at Exit 11. The airport representative will meet you at this designated exit.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK) – International Arrivals: Inside the Arrivals Hall at Exits 6–7. The airport representative will meet you at this designated area.
Please make sure to go to the correct meeting point based on your arrival airport and whether your flight is domestic or international. Please note that drivers usually speak little or no English.

We understand plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your tour date or time up to 24 hours before the start at no extra cost.
If something comes up within 24 hours of the tour, please email us at tours@wandersiam.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Please note that a change fee will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
What if it rains on the day of the tour?
Our tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers in Thailand usually don’t last long. If it rains heavily, we'll seek shelter and continue as soon as the weather improves. During the rainy season, it’s a good idea to bring a raincoat or poncho. Please note cancellations due to weather are not eligible for a refund.
Under what circumstances might the itinerary change?
While changes to the itinerary are very rare, WanderSiam reserves the right to modify the published schedule whenever, in our judgment, circumstances require it or if we consider it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of our guests.
